However, if the product falls under any of the following conditions:

1.) the wrong product was delivered;
2.) the product was damaged upon arrival

You may message us @thegentle.beauty on our IG or email us at hello@thegentlebeautyau.com and we will respond to you as soon as we can. Send us the photos and order number that you have, and we'll send you a new one.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
